An exciting opportunity has arisen for my client, who is seeking an experienced Investigator on a fixed-term basis. Working within a small specialist team, you will play a key role in managing workplace investigations, providing employee relations support, and advising the HR department. Contract: 9–12 month FTC Location: Cambridge Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days WFH) Key Requirements HR background (Senior HR Advisor or HRBP level preferred) Strong Employee Relations and investigation experience Good knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance Excellent written communication skills Resilient, objective, and confident influencing senior stakeholders Skills & Attributes Resilient and emotionally mature approach Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills Excellent written English high attention to detail required Able to remain objective and composed in challenging situations CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification If you match the above job criteria please do contact Marsha-Louise
