Design Manager

Design Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Location: London Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Design Manager to oversee design coordination and delivery across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will manage consultant teams, review technical design packages, and ensure designs are coordinated, compliant and deliverable on fast-paced office schemes. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Design Manager within a fit-out or main contractor environment Strong knowledge of Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects Experience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds) Strong technical design coordination and stakeholder management skills Degree qualified in Architecture, Design or Construction related discipline (desirable) Get in touch with Libby on (phone number removed) or apply to the job advert
