Service Engineer

Service Engineer * Are you an experienced field service or maintenance engineer with strong electro-mechanical skills? * Do you enjoy working in a customer-facing role supporting hospitality or foodservice equipment? * Are you interested in joining a growing, market-leading equipment solutions business? MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading commercial equipment provider on the search for a Service Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role covering Glasgow. Key Responsibilities * Carry out preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial beverage equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. * Install and commission equipment to the required technical specifications. * Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a professional brand representative on site. * Complete digital job sheets, service documentation, and time records accurately and promptly. * Manage vehicle stock levels and ensure parts usage is correctly recorded and invoiced. * Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, and compliance standards. * Liaise with the central service coordination team to provide updates and maintain customer communication. What are we looking for? * Proven experience in a service engineer, field service, or maintenance engineering role. * Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair capability. * Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. * Comfortable using handheld devices, service software, and digital reporting systems. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and territory independently. * Full, clean UK driving licence.
