Warehouse Supervisor

Rapid Personnel are recruiting for Warehouse Supervisor to join a leading, family run business based in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the permanent, growing workforce to support the continuous growth and success of the business. This is a hands-on supervisory position where you will lead by example while overseeing daily warehouse operations and a small team of operatives. Key Responsibilities * Supervising, motivating, and supporting a small warehouse team * Allocating daily tasks and ensuring workloads are distributed effectively * Monitoring productivity and maintaining high performance standards * Leading by example in attendance, attitude, and work ethic * Measuring materials accurately to client specifications * Operating saws and machinery safely and efficiently * Running multiple machines simultaneously where required * Loading and unloading materials * Lifting and moving materials within the warehouse * Reporting machine faults or material defects to management Requirements * Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role * Strong people management and leadership skills * Experience working with saws or machinery (wood or metal band cutters desirable) * Hands-on attitude with willingness to support operational tasks * Counterbalance Forklift experience desirable Hours & Pay * 8:00 to 17:00 * Monday to Friday * 14.43per hour * Onsite parking * Company pension If you are interested in this position, please click ‘apply’ today and the team will be in touch with further details
