Autism Support Teaching Assistant - Primary Setting Location: Rugby Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with experience in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) to join a primary school in Rugby. Role Overview As an Autism Support Teaching Assistant, you will provide targeted assistance to primary-aged pupils with additional needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and school life. Working alongside class teachers and the SENCO, you will contribute to delivering personalised support that promotes academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
