Site Manager Engineering

Castle View are looking for an experienced Engineering Site Manager to lead site operations and deliver high quality engineering projects safely, on time and within budget. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day to day site activities, managing teams, co ordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company standards. Key Responsibilities * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget * Maintain strict compliance with health & safety standards * Manage project documentation, reports and progress updates * Conduct site inspections and risk assessments * Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently Requirements * Proven track record in a site management role within an engineering environment * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications * Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
