Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Mobile London – Immediate Start – 6 Month FTC – Potential Perm InVictus is currently looking for a Electrical engineer to join a large FM provider on a contract covering sites North London and Hertfordshire. A van and fuel card will be provided. If you are looking to develop your skills within a job role in a fast paced well respected company then this could be the right job for you. My client based in the facilities maintenance industry is looking for a confident outgoing engineer that can use his/her own initiative to produce results. The position is a fixed contract for 6 months before reviewing to go permanent. Salary The rate of pay for this position is £45,000 pro rota’d for the 6 month period. Work Hours Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. There may also be opportunities to join the on-call rota with overtime opportunities available. Responsibilities and duties * Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed * Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls * Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained * Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance * This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large portfolio. Requirements * Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services. * Must have 17th or 18th edition * Must have Level 3 Electrical installation * Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role * Must have a driving licence and no more than 6 points on your licence
