This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate clinical leader who wants to make a real difference — combining hands-on nursing expertise with strong leadership to deliver outstanding resident care. The Role Working closely with the Home Manager, you'll oversee clinical operations, lead and inspire the care team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and person-centred care.
