The Role As Risk Lead supporting a major nuclear new build project, you will develop and oversee project and programme risk registers, lead risk mitigation initiatives and facilitate workshops with project managers to ensure comprehensive risk capture. You will conduct risk analyses, advise senior stakeholders on risk exposure, and work collaboratively across teams to embed a robust risk management culture. Your responsibilities will include maintaining risk strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously enhancing risk processes across the project lifecycle. You will have the following qualifications & experience: * Proven expertise in enterprise risk management frameworks and standards. * Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methods, including Monte Carlo simulations and probabilistic forecasting. * Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Oracle P6 or Microsoft Project. * Experience in developing large data models and integrating risk analysis into decision-making processes. * Membership of relevant risk or project management bodies (e.g., APM, PMI, IRM) is desirable. * Familiarity with risk management software such as Active Risk Manager (Riskonnect ARM) and PowerBI is advantageous.
