As the business continues to evolve, invest and raise performance standards across its supply chain, they are now looking for a Production Team Leader to strengthen their operation. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, highly automated environment. You’ll lead a team of experienced operators and technical colleagues, ensuring the line runs safely, smoothly and efficiently while supporting a site that’s undergoing positive transformation. Reporting to the Line Leader, you will play a key role in day-to-day production performance. Key Responsibilities: Champion safety across your shift, promoting hazard identification, safe behaviours and incident prevention. Lead and support a team of ~13 operators and technical specialists, providing coaching, feedback and development. Manage attendance, wellbeing and performance to maintain a safe and effective workforce. Help deliver departmental KPIs across quality, output and efficiency. What we’re looking for: Experience in FMCG, food, drinks or high-speed packaging environments. Proven people‑leadership experience within manufacturing or supply chain. Strong understanding of TPM or similar operational excellence frameworks. A safety-first approach with high standards and strong attention to detail. Ability to lead in a changing environment and influence both new and long-tenured team members. Education in mechanical, electrical, food science or manufacturing principles is beneficial but not essential. Why apply?
