We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marine Civils Contracts Manager to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering specialist marine and waterfront infrastructure projects. This is a permanent position based around Ringwood and surrounding areas. The company delivers a range of marine and coastal civil engineering works including quay walls, sheet piling, cofferdams, jetties, flood defence schemes, and heavy reinforced concrete structures. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects across the South Coast region. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee multiple marine civils projects from pre-construction through to completion * Manage Project Managers and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification * Lead contract administration under NEC and/or JCT forms of contract * Manage client relationships and attend progress meetings * Oversee commercial performance alongside Quantity Surveyors * Monitor programme performance and drive recovery where required * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards * Support tendering and pre-construction planning when required * Provide technical leadership on complex marine engineering packages Requirements: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within marine civil engineering * Strong background in marine structures such as sheet piling, quay walls, cofferdams, or coastal defences * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Good understanding of NEC contracts * Strong commercial awareness and cost control experience * Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering (preferred) * SMSTS (essential) * CSCS Card (essential) * Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor with a strong regional presence and long-term secured workload.
