Team Leader – Children’s Residential (3-Bed EBD Home – Low Risk) 📍 Oswestry, SY11 💷 £35,366.93 per year ⏰ 40 hours per week | 2 on / 4 off rota (includes sleep-in shifts) We are recruiting 1 x Team Leader on a 12-Month Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) basis, with a strong prospect of a permanent position following the contract. This 3-bed home supports young people with low-risk EBD and provides a stable, nurturing alternative to foster care. Placements are typically longer term, with a focus on consistency, structure, and positive outcomes. You will report to the Registered Manager and take a lead role in shift management and care delivery within the home.
