Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Horsham, West Sussex Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum (DOE) + Overtime (OTE £50K+) + Van Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (very occasional weekends) Join a Growing HVAC Team We are expanding and have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our friendly, knowledgeable team. Our clients range from large corporate organisations to small businesses and residential customers across West/East Sussex, Surrey and London. We work with leading manufacturers to deliver bespoke air conditioning solutions tailored to our clients’ needs and budgets. The Role This is a varied and interesting mobile position covering primarily the South East and London (Central London approx. 13 visits per year per engineer). You’ll be responsible for: * Service, maintenance and repair of commercial & residential air conditioning systems * Working on DX splits, VRF systems, chillers and specialist applied systems * Installations as required * Working independently and as part of a two-engineer team * Delivering excellent customer service with clear verbal and written communication This role would suit someone looking for a solid Monday–Friday position with only very occasional weekend work, offering excellent variety to further develop and hone your skills.
