Corporate Development Director – South Region £120,000 Base + Commission | Company Car or £6,000 Allowance | Benefits Location: South UK (Inside M25) We are partnering with a leading national security services provider, ranked among the UK’s top 30 regulated security companies, to appoint a high-calibre Corporate Development Director – South Region. This is a pivotal role, created to accelerate growth across the South of the UK. The successful candidate will take ownership of developing high-value, multi-service security contracts spanning manned guarding, keyholding, mobile response and integrated security technology solutions. The Opportunity This is more than a sales leadership role. It is a strategic growth appointment with direct influence over regional expansion and long-term commercial positioning. Operating primarily inside the M25, you will engage at Board and C-suite level, articulating clear commercial value and return on investment to complex, multi-site clients. You will be entrusted with delivering £4–5m+ in annual new revenue, focused on profitable, sustainable contract growth. You will join an organisation with a strong national reputation, established operational infrastructure, and a people-first culture that underpins long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and conversion of substantial, profitable new business across the South Region. • Drive strategic expansion into target sectors and emerging markets. • Engage and negotiate at senior executive level. • Identify, qualify and progress high-value multi-service opportunities. • Work in partnership with the bid team on PQQs, RFIs and complex tenders. • Ensure disciplined pipeline management and CRM accuracy. • Deliver structured weekly reporting and revenue forecasting. • Represent the organisation professionally within industry networks and key forums.
