CDM Site Manager

CDM Site Manager 6 Months Initially (Long-Term Potential) Field Based - West Midlands (Projects across Midlands incl. Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Birmingham) Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Flexibility may be needed for future projects Salary : To be discussed We are seeking an experienced CDM Site Manager to act as Principal Contractor's lead on NERS HV projects, delivering 11kV/33kV contestable works safely and compliantly through to adoption. Key Responsibilities: Discharge Principal Contractor duties under CDM 2015 Manage Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, and overall site compliance Lead HV safety controls including permits, switching, isolations, and SAP/AP coordination Oversee delivery of 11kV/33kV cable routes, substations, jointing, civils, testing & commissioning Ensure works meet adoptable DNO standards Manage inspections, testing, quality documentation & adoption packs Act as main site interface with DNOs, clients & stakeholders Requirements: Proven NERS HV project delivery experience to adoption Strong knowledge of 11kV / 33kV distribution networks Experience managing permit-controlled HV environments SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), First Aid NEBOSH, NRSWA or Temporary Works experience desirable Requirements: Proven NERS HV project delivery experience to adoption Strong knowledge of 11kV / 33kV distribution networks Experience in permit-controlled HV environments SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), First Aid NEBOSH, NRSWA or Temporary Works experience desirable Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants
