Production Operative

We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a lively manufacturing site in Sheffield operating within a continuous production environment. What’s on offer? * £25,900 p/a * Permanent position * Panama shift pattern * 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Structured training and development * Stable, established manufacturing site What will you be doing as a Production Operative? * Operating and monitoring production machinery * Supporting recycling and manufacturing processes * Adjusting machine settings to maintain output and quality * Carrying out quality checks and inspections * Recording production data accurately * Identifying and reporting machine fault * Assisting with cleaning, material handling, and basic maintenance * Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times What will you need? * Previous experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operator, Machine Operator, Process Operator, or Recycling Operative * Experience working in a shift-based or continuous manufacturing environment * Must have worked continental shifts previously Interested?
