Digital Print Operative

We’re hiring for a Digital Print Operative to join a fast-growing, industry-leading print company based in Chesterfield. In this role, you will be running digital print and finishing machines end-to-end, from file ripping to quality checks and packing in a dynamic, high-output environment with full training provided. What’s on offer? * £25,046 p/a * Mon – Fri | rotating shift pattern * 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm * 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Overtime available * Pension scheme * Ongoing training on specialist machinery * Stable role with a growing business What will you be doing as a Digital Print Finishing Operator? * Operating digital flatbed and roll-to-roll printers * Running digital cutters for precise finishing * Preparing files and sending jobs to print * Finishing, packing products and performing quality checks * Carrying out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace in line with health & safety standards What will you need? * Experience in digital print production or finishing (full training given if new to specific machines) * Good computer skills and problem-solving ability * Flexible attitude to shifts Interested?
