AV Programmer Crestron Home & Lutron Smart Home / Residential Location: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role We are seeking an experienced Crestron Home and Lutron Smart Home / Residential AV Programmer to join a growing smart home and residential AV specialist. This role will involve programming, commissioning, fault-finding, and supporting high-end residential projects across London and the surrounding areas. You will be working on premium smart home installations, delivering seamless user experiences across lighting, AV, control systems, and integrated technologies. Key Responsibilities Programming and commissioning Crestron Home systems Programming, commissioning, and integration of Lutron lighting control systems (RA2, RA3, HomeWorks) Supporting residential AV systems including audio distribution, video distribution, and home cinema System testing, optimisation, and handover to clients Fault-finding and diagnostics of control and AV systems Working closely with installers, project managers, and clients Providing post-installation support and system updates when required Required Skills & Experience Proven experience programming Crestron Home Strong experience with Lutron smart lighting systems Background in Residential AV / Smart Home integration Good understanding of IP networking within AV environments Ability to fault-find and resolve system issues efficiently Professional, client-facing approach Full UK driving licence Desirable (but not essential) Experience with Control4, Savant, or similar platforms Experience commissioning high-end residential projects Knowledge of CCTV, access control, or HVAC integration What's on Offer Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Work on high-end residential smart home projects Long-term career progression with a growing business Supportive team environment with technical autonomy Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable) Ongoing training and development INDAV Please send an up-to-date CV to (url removed) or you can call on (phone number removed) for a discussion
