Project Manager - Residential Developer Location: Near Maldon (Heybridge area), Essex Salary: £75,000 - £82,000 + package A busy national housebuilder with a strong pipeline of secured work across Essex is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a new residential development near Maldon. With multiple live and upcoming schemes in the region, this is a long-term opportunity offering stability, career progression, and the chance to take full ownership of a flagship volume housing project.
