Rotational Moulder Location:Stone, Staffordshire Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience About Us We representing a growing manufacturing company that specialises in high-quality rotationally moulded plastic products across multiple industries. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Rotational Moulder to join their production team. The Role As a Rotational Moulder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rotational moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic products in line with production schedules and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate rotational moulding machinery * Load raw materials into moulds and monitor heating/cooling cycles * Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards * Trim, finish, and assemble moulded products as required * Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting * Maintain accurate production records * Follow health and safety procedures at all times Requirements * Previous experience in rotational moulding-desirable not essential * Good understanding of plastics manufacturing processes * Ability to read and follow technical instructions * Strong attention to detail and quality control * Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment * Team player with a strong work ethic Desirable Skills * Forklift licence * Experience with different polymers (e.g., polyethylene) * Mechanical aptitude What We Offer * Competitive salary * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and development * Supportive team environment * Bonus scheme in place If you are a motivated individual with rotational moulding experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
