Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisor Location: Glastonbury Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Pay: £120–£140 per day (depending on experience) Working Pattern: Full-time Looking for a full-time role in a supportive secondary school? This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant, graduate, or school-based professional looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a structured and supportive environment. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Lead whole classes during teacher absence Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3–KS4 Manage classroom behaviour effectively Ensure students remain engaged and on task Support a positive and focused learning environment You’ll be working across a variety of subjects, gaining broad experience that is particularly valuable for those considering a future in teaching. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
