ob Title: Electrical Shift Leader Location: Moorgate - Commercial Building Sector: Building Services Salary: £53,500 Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Leader to join a reputable building services provider on a commercial site in Moorgate. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Electrical Shift Leader or Lead Engineer to work on a technically demanding contract within a structured and progressive environment. Shift Leader Working Hours 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 nights on, 3 nights off 07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00 Shift Leader Benefits * £53,500 basic salary * 20 days annual leave * Pension package * Regular overtime available * Ongoing technical training, including AP development * Clear progression opportunities within the contract and wider business Shift Leader Key Responsibilities * Lead a shift team of 1 engineers when on shift * Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within a critical environment * Electrical fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of building services systems * Work on single-phase and three-phase power systems * Operation and maintenance of UPS systems, generators, and BMS * Maintenance of motors, pumps, switchgear, and associated electrical plant Shift Leader Requirements * Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent) * Previously held AP ticket in HV or LV, or willing to obtain * Experience within a critical or large commercial environment desirable * Apprentice-trained preferred * Strong building services / FM background * Confident client-facing and communication skills
