Job Reference: 869 Job Title: Contract Supervisor Salary: £42,000 - £43,000 per annum Location: Birmingham Job Type: Technical/ Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Job Summary We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Contract Supervisor to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll oversee commercial sites across a mixed-use development in Birmingham, leading a team of 6 Multi-Skilled Engineers to ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a static position with no van required. Key Responsibilities • Managing and supervising a team of 6 Multi-Skilled Engineers • Overseeing daily operations across commercial sites within a mixed-use development • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards • Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities • Acting as the main point of contact for client and on-site stakeholders • Monitoring performance, reporting, and service delivery standards Requirements • Proven experience within Facilities Management • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience • Strong knowledge of commercial building services • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer • £42,000-£43,000 per annum • Static site role – no van required • Overtime paid at time and a half • Sundays & Bank Holidays paid at double time • Monday to Friday schedule – no weekend standard working If you live in and around the Birmingham area, this could be the role for you.
