WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU Temp to Perm Role 4 day working week - Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 16:15 Overtime available paid at time ¼ for the first 4 hours and time ½ for the remaining shift 40-hour contractual weeks £13/hour Once permanent 25 days leave + Bank holidays THE BUSINESS Our client is a world class manufacturing/engineering business with an ever-growing presence throughout the UK. THE ROLE Load raw materials onto the machine bed and secure them properly Input, edit, and adjust CNC programs as required Select and change cutting tools, bits, and attachments Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances Maintain a safe and organised work environment Follow health and safety procedures at all times THE PERSON Proven experience operating CNC router machines within a woodworking or joinery environment Experience working with timber, MDF, plywood, laminates, and composite boards Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production deadlines Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads TO APPLY Please apply for this position and your CV will go direct to (url removed)  who is leading the search.
