Air Conditioning Engineer – Service & Breakdown Location: London (Enfield to Slough ideal) Salary: £40,000–£55,000 + Bonus + Overtime We are currently recruiting 5 experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to join our growing Service & Breakdown team across London. If you’re F-Gas qualified and looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with strong earning potential and genuine progression opportunities, we’d like to hear from you. The Role * Service, maintenance and breakdown of air conditioning systems * 90% London coverage / 10% within the M25 * Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm * 1 in 12 call-out rota (£100 standby payment) * Overtime paid at 1.5x Requirements * F-Gas qualification (essential) * Proven experience in AC service and breakdown * Full UK driving licence * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability * Professional and customer-focused approach What’s On Offer * £40,000–£55,000 salary (depending on experience) * Monthly bonus scheme * Company van and tools provided * 22 days holiday plus bank holidays * Ongoing training and clear progression opportunities We are ideally seeking a couple of engineers based between Enfield and Slough to support North and West London coverage.
