Night Hygiene Operative – HU3 Area Agency Role | Weekly Pay | £13.00 per hour + £0.50 uplift We are currently recruiting Night Hygiene Operatives on behalf of our client based in the HU3 area. This is an ongoing agency position offering consistent full-time hours and weekly pay. Pay & Benefits ⦁ £13.00 per hour ⦁ £0.50 per hour uplift when 40 hours are completed ⦁ Weekly pay ⦁ Overtime available after working 40hours at £19.50p/hour ⦁ 40-hour working week ⦁ 2 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift ⦁ Ongoing, regular work ⦁ Support from a dedicated agency team Shift Pattern Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 9:00pm to 5:00am (Nights) Saturday & Sunday – 8-hour shifts (Day or Night shifts may vary depending on business needs) Flexibility for weekend day/night rotation is essential. The Role Working across production and processing areas, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the site. Duties will include: ⦁ Carrying out scheduled cleaning of production equipment and machinery ⦁ Deep cleaning of production areas ⦁ Ensuring machinery and facilities meet strict hygiene standards ⦁ Completing post-clean checks and required documentation ⦁ Following health & safety and food safety procedures at all times ⦁ Reporting any faults, hazards, or incidents to management ⦁ Maintaining cleaning equipment and PPE in good working order This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure are essential. What We’re Looking For ⦁ Previous industrial or production cleaning experience preferred ⦁ Strong awareness of health & safety ⦁ Reliable and punctual with good attendance ⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⦁ Comfortable working in a food production environment ⦁ Flexibility to work weekend day or night shifts This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable full-time work with competitive pay in the HU3 area
