Commercial Sales Manager Location: Swindon Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic (DOE) OTE: £60,000 – £65,000+ Benefits: Company vehicle + pension The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon for an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving LCV sales performance, developing local business relationships and increasing fleet penetration. You will lead from the front, managing a small sales team while actively growing B2B accounts across the region. Key Responsibilities * Managing and developing the commercial sales team * Driving new and used LCV sales performance * Building and maintaining relationships with local SMEs and fleet operators * Identifying and securing new business opportunities * Managing pipeline, forecasting and monthly KPI performance * Overseeing pricing strategy and deal profitability * Ensuring FCA compliance and process adherence * Working closely with the Aftersales team to maximise account retention About You * Proven experience in commercial vehicle or fleet sales * Previous management or senior sales experience * Strong understanding of B2B sales and local market development * Target-driven with a track record of delivering volume and margin * Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills * Full UK Driving Licence What’s on Offer * Competitive basic salary with realistic OTE £60k–£65k+ * Company vehicle * Autonomy to grow the department * Established brand with strong product offering * Career progression within a reputable dealer group
