Eden Brown are working in partnership with a well known Housing Association as they look to recruit a Senior Customer Consultant on an 8 week contract in Manchester As the Senior Customer Consultant your role will involve: - Project Management; Prioritising services across the Complaints and Call Centre teams - Customer Services: Leading on re-evaluating processes - Customer Excellence: Developing and Improving Customer Excellence - Complaints: Identifying opportunities to improve the complaints process for both staff and tenants - Presentations: Delivering presentations with the above - Analysis - Analysing data and statistics to formulate new and improved strategies Due to the nature of this role 'no line management' is required for this short term contract *Please only apply if you have Social Housing experience/expertise* Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
