Housing Officer – Sussex (Hybrid Working) 📍 Sussex | 🏠 Hybrid (3 days in office / patch, 2 from home) 3Month Temporary Contract We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing provider in Sussex on an initial 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced housing professional who can hit the ground running and manage a busy patch, delivering a high-quality tenancy management service. Key Responsibilities: * Managing a designated housing patch across Sussex * Handling tenancy management, including sign-ups and sustainment * Managing low-level ASB cases and neighbour disputes * Conducting estate inspections and property visits * Supporting residents with tenancy-related queries and enforcement where required * Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners About You: * Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or in a similar tenancy management role * Strong knowledge of housing legislation and best practice * Confident managing ASB and tenancy breaches * Excellent communication and case management skills * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle This role offers hybrid working, with a mix of office presence, patch visits, and home working
