Client Retentions Executive


We are working with a well-established IVA practitioner based in Stockport who is looking to appoint a Client Retention Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, professional team where you will play a key role in ensuring clients remain engaged and committed to their financial arrangements. The Role As a Client Retention Executive, you will act as the bridge between the business and its clients, ensuring that payment commitments are met and long-term relationships are maintained. This position blends elements of credit control with customer care, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Responsibilities * Proactively monitor and manage client accounts to ensure payments are received in line with IVA agreements. * Contact clients who have missed or are at risk of missing payments, offering solutions and support. * Build rapport and trust with clients, handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate records. * Support overall retention strategies to reduce defaults and maximise positive client outcomes. About You * Previous experience in credit control, collections, or financial services is desirable. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. * Empathetic and supportive approach, particularly when dealing with clients in financial difficulty. * Target-driven, with the ability to balance compliance, client care, and performance.
