About the Role of Clinical Deputy Manager As Clinical Deputy, you'll work alongside the Home Manager to lead and support a committed team of nurses and carers. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest clinical standards, driving compliance, and ensuring safe, person-centred care across the home. With your clinical expertise and leadership skills, you'll also play a key part in mentoring staff, auditing practices, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
