Position Details: Job Title: Senior Service Designer Location: London UK (Hybrid) What You Bring (Essential): * Experience in Service Design, CX Strategy, UX Research, or Business Consulting * The Service Designer will focus on the end-to-end user journey, covering all digital and non-digital touchpoints. * We require candidates with atleast 3–4 years of recent, hands-on Service Design experience as their primary role. * Candidates who perform Service Design, only as a small part of their role will not be suitable. * Must be able to clearly articulate user journeys and explain how users interact across various touchpoints. * Service Designers should be research-driven, conducting user interviews, understanding user challenges, and uncovering improvement opportunities. * Senior-level designers are preferred due to the strategic and exploratory nature of the work
