Quantity Surveyor Location: Dartford (Hybrid – UK Re-Cladding Projects) Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Package About the Company Our client is a growing construction consultancy delivering specialist commercial support across façade and building envelope schemes throughout the UK. With a strong pipeline of remediation and re-cladding projects, they are continuing to expand their commercial team. The Role Based from the Dartford office, this position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with projects located nationwide. There will be travel to site as required, balanced with remote working flexibility. You will take commercial responsibility for re-cladding and façade remediation projects, overseeing costs from pre-construction through to final account. The role requires strong contractual awareness, cost control and the ability to manage change effectively within live or occupied buildings. Key Responsibilities * Preparation of detailed cost plans for re-cladding works * Procurement and subcontractor package management * Contract administration and commercial reporting * Valuations, payment applications and certifications * Managing variations and change control * Risk management and forecasting * Final account negotiation and agreement * Liaising with clients, contractors and design teams Requirements * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar * Proven experience delivering re-cladding, façade remediation or building envelope projects * Strong understanding of UK construction contracts * Excellent commercial reporting and negotiation skills * Comfortable working across multiple UK sites * Full UK driving licence preferred What’s on Offer * £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary * Competitive benefits package * Hybrid working structure * Long-term pipeline of UK re-cladding projects * Clear progression opportunities * Supportive and collaborative working environment This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with façade or remediation experience looking to join a business with a strong and secure project pipeline
