Our client is a leading IVA Practitioner located in Cheadle with excellent transport links. They pride themselves on a friendly, supportive team environment focused on outstanding customer service rather than solely on performance targets. They are currently seeking energetic, ambitious, and career-driven individuals to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct detailed client consultations to fully understand their financial situation, including recording creditor details and completing income and expenditure assessments * Analyse client information to identify the best debt management solutions and guide clients towards clearing their debts efficiently * Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, maintaining a calm and professional phone manner throughout * Make outbound calls as part of client engagement and pipeline development What We’re Looking For: * Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets * Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to go above and beyond * Strong telephone manner with excellent objection-handling skills * Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a team player mindset * Punctual, reliable, and willing to contribute extra effort * Comfortable with making outbound calls * Proficient with IT and CRM systems What’s On Offer: * Basic salary of £26,000 - £30,000 + OTE £60,000 uncapped * Competitive bonus package with regular performance incentives * Clear progression opportunities within a respected insolvency practice * Supportive team culture focused on client service excellence If you are passionate about helping clients, find the right debt solutions and want to work in a professional yet friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you.
