Junior AV Designer Chertsey  £30,000 – £45,000 + Package + Training and Development + progression + MORE! A growing Audio Visual and technology specialist is looking to recruit a Junior AV Designer to support their expanding design team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background who is looking to develop their career within AV, smart technology and integrated systems across both high-end residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Assisting in the design and development of Audio Visual systems Producing drawings using CAD and/or Vectorworks Supporting the production of schematics, layouts, rack drawings and cable schedules Ensuring all design documentation is accurate and in line with company standards Working closely with the AV Design Manager and wider project teams Coordinating designs with electrical, lighting, IT and architectural layouts Supporting design reviews and quality control processes Maintaining version control and drawing revisions Assisting in ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope and budget Requirements Experience or formal training in CAD and/or similar Strong attention to detail Good communication and organisational skills Keen to develop technical knowledge in AV systems and products Team player with a proactive and positive attitude Desirable Interest in smart home or integrated technology Previous experience within AV, electrical or building services This role offers clear career progression, ongoing training and the chance to work within a supportive and growing business.
