Verification & Validation Systems Lead

Locations: Bristol, Stevenage or Bolton Hours: 37 hours per week Are you an experienced systems engineer looking to take ownership of hardware verification and validation for advanced defence systems? Join a top-tier team driving laser directed energy weapon (LDEW) development. This role is all about physical systems V&V, compliance, and certification, from environmental performance, EMC, and power utilisation to transportability and regulatory approvals. You’ll manage Design Verification Plans (DVPs), oversee supplier V&V activities, and ensure designs meet system requirements.
