You will lead your team, drive commercial results and ensure exceptional standards across the store. Your responsibilities will include: Driving sales, KPIs and profitability Leading, motivating and developing your retail team Delivering outstanding customer experience Managing stock, visual standards and store presentation Controlling payroll and costs Recruiting and training new team membersThis is a hands on Store Manager role where leadership and commercial focus go hand in hand.
