Location: Cambridge (CB25) Type: Temporary for 2 months initially with potential to be extended Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 1pm on Fridays Salary: £14 - £17 per hour dependent on experience Job Reference: 36016 Polytec are seeking a highly capable and experienced Administrator to join our Cambridge based client. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to the Project Management team. This is a standalone role requiring a confident, self-sufficient individual who can hit the ground running and provide strong administrative support in a fast-paced project environment. Responsibilities • Raising Purchase Orders • Processing and tracking invoices • Ensuring accurate record keeping and documentation • Providing general administrative support to the Project Management team • Supporting internal processes and ensuring compliance with company procedures Requirements • Proven experience in a strong administrative or PA role • Demonstrable experience handling Purchase Orders and invoicing processes • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proactive, resilient and able to manage a busy workload Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below
