Asbestos Surveyor

An established environmental consultancy is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join its growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking for stability, varied projects, and clear career progression. You will be responsible for carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across a range of commercial, industrial, and public sector properties. Key Responsibilities * Conduct Management, Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys * Collect bulk samples in accordance with HSG264 guidance * Produce clear, accurate survey reports * Ensure compliance with UKAS and HSE standards * Maintain high standards of health & safety on site * Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams * Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines Essential Requirements * BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) * Proven experience in asbestos surveying * Strong knowledge of HSG264 * Full UK driving licence * Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills Desirable * Additional BOHS modules (P403 / P404) * Experience working within UKAS-accredited environments What’s on Offer * Competitive salary (DOE) * Company vehicle or car allowance * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and professional development * Clear progression opportunities
