Application Support Analyst | Surrey | Up to £35k   Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Application Support Analyst to join their IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional looking to develop their expertise across a wide range of business systems while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.   The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT and application support, ensuring business systems operate efficiently and users receive timely and effective assistance. This position offers exposure to multiple technologies and the opportunity to build in-depth knowledge of core business applications.   You will also provide desktop and application support across office and site locations, helping to ensure a seamless technology experience for users across the organisation.   Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client’s core business systems, including their functionality, users, and common issues Provide responsive and professional support to users, resolving incidents, requests, and queries Manage and prioritise support tickets through the IT Service Management (ITSM) system, ensuring SLAs are consistently met Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, achieving high first-time fix rates wherever possible Escalate complex issues appropriately and manage them through to resolution Maintain accurate documentation, processes, and knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement Perform routine system administration and support tasks Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors where necessary to resolve technical issues Support change management processes and assist with system enhancements Contribute to wider IT initiatives and provide additional support as required  Skills and Experience Experience supporting SaaS applications, especially ClickUp, with the ability to configure and support workspaces and users Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude Demonstrated commitment to service improvement and user satisfaction  Salary and Benefits £35,000 per annum 5 days onsite in North Surrey Company bonus scheme Private pension scheme 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Cycle to work scheme Gym memberships discounts
