Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor Sunday-Thursday | 5pm-2am £36,000 per year Ready to take the lead in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a motivated Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our night operations and keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing As our Night Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of our warehouse operation. Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership Supervising night staff and organising shift rotas Arranging holiday/absence cover Training and developing staff in line with company processes Ensuring new starters and agency staff receive full inductions and legal briefings Motivating the team to hit productivity targets and minimise picking errors Operational Excellence Accurate order picking of ambient, frozen, and chilled goods Performing pallet checks and stock checks Checking goods inwards when needed Using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely Maintaining clean, tidy working areas Monitoring critical control points (HACCP) Logistics & Loading Briefing drivers on any load issues Moving lorries onto the loading bay Loading pallets onto correct vehicles ahead of delivery Compliance & Safety Following all management instructions and company procedures Ensuring the safety of yourself and others Reporting any warehouse non‑conformances Carrying out pre-operational MHE checks Benefits Company pension Free on-site parking Life insurance A supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development Desired Experience MHE Certification (preferred but not essential) Ready to Lead Our Night Team?
