What You’ll Do As SHEQ Advisor, you’ll: * Maintain and improve ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems * Deliver audits, inspections and compliance checks across the business * Investigate incidents and near misses, delivering root cause analysis and close-out * Produce and deliver SHEQ briefings and lessons-learnt communications * Advise on legal compliance, standards and SHEQ best practice * Embed SHEQ considerations into projects, tenders, suppliers and contractor management * Champion Powersystems’ PriorityNo.1 Health, Safety, and wellbeing, professionalism and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For – Health & Safety * Demonstrable experience in construction, utilities, electrical or engineering environments * Knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations (2015) * Previous active participation in ISO (phone number removed), and 9001 auditing * NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or NVQ equivalent * Full UK Driving License & Right to Work in the UK What’s in It for You? * £38,000 – £48,000 salary + bonus + profit share * Flexible Start & Finish Times * Hybrid working * Car allowance * 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays * Private health insurance + cashback plan * Pension & life assurance * Ongoing training & funded professional development * Employee Assistance Program for Mental health & wellbeing support * Cycle-to-work scheme, gym (Bristol) access & more Why Join Powersystems?
