Site Supervisor – Groundworks & Civils 📍 Location: Dudley Interchange 📅 Start Date: ASAP 📄 Contract: Long-Term We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project at Dudley Interchange. This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile civils scheme. The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising groundworks gangs delivering drainage, paving and associated infrastructure works, ensuring productivity, quality and strict health & safety compliance at all times. Key Responsibilities * Supervise groundworks, drainage and paving operations on site * Lead and coordinate groundworkers, labourers and subcontractors * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification * Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks * Enforce H&S standards and ensure compliance with site procedures * Monitor productivity and report progress to senior site management * Identify and resolve site issues proactively * Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets required specifications Requirements * SSSTS/SMSTS (essential) * CSCS Gold or Black Card (essential) * First Aid Certification (essential) * Proven experience supervising groundworks and civils packages * Strong knowledge of drainage and paving operations * Ability to manage gangs and work in a fast-paced environment * EUSR or other civils-related tickets (advantageous) * Available to start immediately What’s on Offer * Long-term contract on a major infrastructure scheme * Competitive rate (dependent on experience) * Immediate start * Opportunity to work on a high-profile civils project If you are an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong groundworks background and are available for an immediate start, we would like to hear from you
