Roles are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and can be tailored to suit your preference for flexibility or long-term stability. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports pupil wellbeing Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, school staff and leadership teams Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure pupil safetyWhat We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong understanding of the national curriculum Confident classroom and behaviour management skills A flexible, positive and reliable approach to teaching Strong communication and organisational skillsSHEFTEACH
