Sales & Project Engineer

You’ll receive hands-on support from experienced Projects engineers & Sales managers, giving you the platform to develop quickly and take on more responsibility as you grow toward handling larger projects, customer ownership & increased commercial responsibilities. Required Skills & Attributes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A technical mindset and eagerness to further develop engineering principles * A team player with a positive attitude * Previous involvement in quoting, estimating, or technical sales support (Min 2-3 years) * An inquisitive, proactive thinker who enjoys solving problems and providing solutions * The ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings & fundamental principles * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up tasks Desirable Experience (Nice to Have, but not essential) * Exposure to food processing, packaging, or hygiene equipment environments * Familiarity with Basic CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for reviewing drawings or simple layouts * Experience working with OEM equipment, integrators, or mechanical/materials-handling systems * An understanding of manufacturing principles – Fabrication / assembly / testing / Installation * Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (design, production, service, logistics) * Hands-on experience with site surveys
