Stock & Warehouse Systems Specialist

We are building a best-in-class digital stock-management system, and you will play a key role in making it happen. What You Will be Doing * Standardise and integrate stock-handling processes across the business * Accurately register and categorise all incoming goods * Conduct stock quality checks and escalate issues as needed * Maintain clean, compliant, and audit-ready stockrooms * Lead digital stock-management in ERP (Epicor desirable) * Create and maintain structured stock location data * Implement barcode/QR labelling for items and locations * Record all stock movements in real time for reliable reporting * Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis * Develop dashboards, reports, and workflows to optimise stock flow * Identify and implement improvements to accuracy and efficiency * Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Engineering to strengthen the supply chain * Support KPI development, documentation, and operational controls * Champion high standards of data integrity and operational discipline About You * Experienced in stock control, warehouse coordination, or stores management * Skilled with WMS or digital stock systems integrated with ERP * Strong understanding of barcoding/QR codes and stock-location management * ERP experience (Epicor advantageous) * High attention to detail and pride in data accuracy * Able to analyse reports, resolve discrepancies, and deliver reliable outcomes * Strong communicator with influence across teams Desirable: * Electronics, RF systems, aerospace, defence, or regulated manufacturing experience * Support for procurement or supply-chain data analysis Benefits Competitive salary + discretionary bonus/26 days’ holiday + bank holidays/Salary sacrifice pension & 4× salary life assurance/Westfield Healthcare, EAP, wellbeing app/Employee discounts, Cycle to Work, EV salary sacrifice/Employee Share Scheme (after 12 months) Why Join Us? * Build a brand-new digital stock system from the ground up * Make a real, visible impact on operations and growth * Join a friendly, expert team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Apply Now!- Please include your current salary with your application so we can ensure a competitive and fair offer
