Your Key Responsibilities * Hold full Ofsted registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. * Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team, maintaining clear standards and accountability. * Oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring safe and high-quality care. * Drive stability, positive outcomes, and a consistent therapeutic environment. About You * Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s LD home. * Strong experience leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance. * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or actively working towards it. * A passionate leader who values structure, clarity, and person-centred care.
