Senior Service Engineer – Water Treatment Location: London & South East Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + vehicle & benefits The Role An established water treatment provider is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to service, install, commission, and maintain water treatment systems across commercial and industrial sites. Full training provided. Key Duties * Service, install, and commission water treatment equipment * Pre- and post-commissioning site visits * Fault finding and advanced troubleshooting * Preventative maintenance and system performance monitoring * Completing service reports and technical documentation * Liaising with internal teams and customers * Maintaining van stock, tools, and vehicle checks * Working safely in line with RA/MS and site requirements Requirements * Strong experience with water treatment systems (RO, UV, softeners, dosing) * Commissioning and fault-finding experience * Full UK driving licence * CSCS / EUSR (or willingness to obtain) * Good communication, reporting, and time management skills Desirable * Commercial or industrial site experience * Technical or engineering qualification Smart Search Technical is a specialist recruitment company operating in technical engineering sectors across the UK & beyond.
