Linear Recruitment are searching for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our client in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring planned / reactive works are completed to customers’ homes. You will have experience dealing with customers face to face and coming to resolutions quickly and calmy. This is a fast-paced role so previous experience working in a fast paced environment is crucial. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate. Job duties: First point of contact for customers, engaging through face to face meetings, via e-mail and telephone. Communicating updates to customers, site teams and internal stakeholders. Providing a high level of customer aftercare. Liaising with contractors. Managing expectations of customers and site teams. Experience required: Direct experience as an RLO / TLO is essential. Ideally you will have experience from a contractor in a RLO or community engagement role completing planned / reactive maintenance. Must have very strong communication skills. Must be able to deal with difficult customers in an emphatic manner and come to a resolution. Must have experience in a fast paced, high pressure role.
