Position: Employee Relations Advisor Salary: Up to £40,000 (no flexibility) Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days from home Office: Lewisham, South East London We are partnering with a well-established, family-run organisation within the commercial services sector. Reporting to the Senior People Relations Partner, you will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders and Portfolio Directors to deliver expert HR and Employee Relations support. You will be responsible for full end-to-end ER case management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice while promoting a fair, consistent and commercially focused approach. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for managers on all employee relations matters Managing end-to-end ER cases including redundancies, restructures and TUPE transfers Leading on disciplinary, grievance, mediation, medical capability and wellbeing processes Drafting all associated correspondence and formal documentation Ensuring compliance with employment law, ACAS guidance and company policy Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders and Trade Union representatives Applying a pragmatic, risk-aware approach to achieve fair and balanced outcomes About You Proven experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Experience with TUPE and Trade Union engagement highly desirable Confident liaising with senior stakeholders Fair but firm approach, collaborative and approachable Comfortable working within a fast-paced, multi-site environment Experience within similarly structured, operational or multi-site sectors will be advantageous.
